RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Here at HUSH & SALT, we want to make sure that you love what you have purchased. If you have a product that doesn’t fit or has a manufacturing defect and is within 30 days of purchase, we are more than happy to exchange or return any items that meet the Return & Exchange Policy.

“Form must also include a reason for return/exchange in the REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE section”

  • Return & Exchange Policy

  • All returned items must be received unworn, unwashed and undamaged in order to qualify for a return or exchange and come back with tags and sanitary liner still intact.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return item deemed defective
  • SALE items not eligible for a refund
  • Must include original receipt or packing slip.

RETURN BY MAIL

Mail returns require 3-5 business days from receiving the package. Customer will be notified when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGE BY MAIL

Please call HUSH & SALT customer service prior to mailing in for exchange to ensure item you want to exchange is available. Exchange policy applies.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If in the unlikely event you received a product with a defect please contact HUSH & SALT customer service for instructions on what to do. We pride ourselves with quality swimwear and guarantee our product free from defects. Return policy applies.
